On Sunday, May 17th, while serving with the 1-108 Calvary in Afghanistan, SPC Andrew “Sully” Sullens was injured by in an IED attack. SPC Sullens was evacuated to Bagram, Afghanistan then to Landstuhl Medical Center in Germany and finally to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. He has undergone multiple surgeries to repair severe injuries to his pelvis and legs.
As a member of the Georgia Army National Guard SPC Sullens serves his Country, and as a civilian he serves his community as a member of the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Department. His dedication to service cannot be questioned. Now we have an opportunity to pay back one of our Nation’s Heroes! Spinzers
